Hi!

I design 2 form Survey as folow images:

- Image 1:

With this question, I used Maxtrix question, but I can't tick one box only each column. And I can't insert number between two tick boxs.

 

Image 2:

 

 

 

With this question, I can't insert Static Label. And how to insert a number after a tick box.

Please give me some advise!

Hello,

Those are interesting examples. Unfortunately you cannot create this particular layout with the current Survey tool v.1.2.2
There are other ways of setting up these questions of course, but that is probably not what you are looking for. Hope you will find the right solution and we'll use your examples as a nice suggestion for some new features. Thanks.
