i build and publish on 32 bit comp.

Everything is fine and i can send notification mail.

But when i put on 64 bit machine everything works fine but i can not send notification mail.

After that i create a new web app it has just nsurvey mailling class codes (not dll) it works perfect.

I think that Votations.NSurvey.EMailing.dll do not like 64 bit machines i could not find where is the error
