I would also like to know if this is possible, in other words pass a parameter in the URL that identifies the user taking the survey, i.e. http://www.somewhere.com/surveyurl/survey.aspx?surveyid=702xcdf-56487-xx094&USERID=xxx where xxx is the user's userid or some kind of unique identifier.

Hello,

I'm not sure if I fully understand your intentions based on you description, but the generated link in the invitation message (menu Campaigns/ Mailing) already contains a unique id per person (UID = ....):

http://yourserver/survey.aspx?surveyid=b646f32c-a471-44b7-bace-beef76ff1dd9&__uid=[--invitationid-]__

Based on this you should be able to follow individual results e.g. by querying the database for the UID.

Hope this answers your question.
