For Matrix questions you can add the score (rating) at column level.
The survey tool does not yet create default reports per survey/ per user. You can of course export all data to a CSV file (open in excell or in Open Office Calc) to create your own reports.
Direct querying data from the survey tool is not possible. You could use MS Sqlserver express to query against the Survey database.
We hope to spend some time on creating queries for reports soon.
