Team,

Is there a way currently to send out each survey with an individual uniqueID to each individual email address?  This way once that ID is bCompleted within the database the user cannot complete the questionnaire again thus giving us inaccurate reporting.

Thanks,

Logan Falletta

Hello,

Try using Security/Form Security/ .. add security addin e.g. "only invited emails can participate" or one of the other options.

Host,

I appreciate your help.  I don't have that option..  I have the following...

Password Protected

IP Protection

Cook Protection

Email Code Protection

ASP.net security context

Survey Security Context

Entry number limitation

I'm not quite sure what each security addon entails either or how they function.  Do we have documentation on these?

I'm currently looking to have each invitation to have a uniqID to stop the person from completing the form twice.  And possibly give them a Save option to come back and finish a uncompleted form.  Is that possible?

Host,

I've tried all of the security options and tested them, none of them are designed for what we're currently looking for.  I do notice that each participant is receiving the uniqID but when using ASP.net Context or Survey Context security.  The other participants are unable to open the form once one participants completes it....   Maybe this might be a bug?

Try and test more thoroughly please: email Code Protection will do the job (no option to submit more than once).
