I tried running the Survey121_NewDBInstall.sql file included into sql server 2005 and receive the following errors:

Cannot add rows to sys.sql_dependencies for the stored procedure because it depends on the missing table 'vts_spAnswerMatrixChildAddNew'. The stored procedure will still be created; however, it cannot be successfully executed until the table exists.
Cannot add rows to sys.sql_dependencies for the stored procedure because it depends on the missing table 'vts_spMultiLanguageTextUpdate'. The stored procedure will still be created; however, it cannot be successfully executed until the table exists.
Cannot add rows to sys.sql_dependencies for the stored procedure because it depends on the missing table 'vts_spUserAnswerTypeAssignUser'. The stored procedure will still be created; however, it cannot be successfully executed until the table exists.
Cannot add rows to sys.sql_dependencies for the stored procedure because it depends on the missing table 'vts_spUserAnswerTypeUnAssignAllUser'. The stored procedure will still be created; however, it cannot be successfully executed until the table exists.
