Hello,

Yes there are, you can find them in the _Instructions directory .... INSTALL.txt file.
Database upgrade files can be found in the directory: _DatabaseSql\UpgradeFiles_23to24

Summary:
- create backups of files and db
- replace all 2.3 files (delete) with new 2.4 files
- run db scripts in order as described
